By taking the DISC Assessment with Dr. Anderson, you are embarking on a journey of self-discovery, self-awareness, and possibly self-mastery. I had the pleasure of doing so in late spring 2021. I had taken personality assessments before for work but had never done an assessment and engaged in coaching sessions for professionalngrowth as I did with Dr. Anderson. My time and resources were well spent. She exerted expertise in the breakdown of my assessment and how it was showing up in my then work situation. This gave me clarity on where I excelled and where potential communication breakdowns were happening. She gave homework and reflective exercises that helped me either affirm what I already knew or uncover patterns I did not recognize before. I was able to make adjustments based on suggestions that shifted some outcomes and freed me up to make decisions that made the most sense for me and my leadership style/ needs.
